We begin the development process by analysing the data provided to us. We then develop a concept, and the component is examined for problematic areas at this early stage. By using Moldflow simulations, we are able to analyse the injection moulding process as well as the flow and distortion behaviour of the moulded part in advance. Moldflow-Simulation

With the help of Moldflow simulation, we determine the optimum position of the injection and the best possible temperature control, even before the moulded part is manufactured. As an integral part of the concept phase, the simulation makes it possible to calculate the physical behaviour of the components. By simulating the manufacturing process, we can anticipate and modify critical points such as air inclusions, weld lines or sink marks. This enables us to reduce costs and guarantee the highest component quality.

 

Sampling and measuring

As a special service, we allow our customers to sample the injection moulds designed and manufactured by us. Of course, we also undertake the subsequent measurement and qualitative evaluation of the moulded parts. Our customers thus receive the first measured moulded parts, and we can then jointly agree the dimensions to be corrected and ensure the moulded parts are ready for series production.

If required, we offer the complete documentation according to the latest standards.
